We want you to be completely satisfied with our services and products. We do not offer refunds on services, but if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, we will happily re-do your hair at no charge within 10 days of your service.
Gently used products can be exchanged within 60 days of purchase for other products.
We recommend that you make appointments in advance to ensure your stylist is available at a time convenient for you. Please try to arrive at least 5 minutes before your appointment, so you can relax, check out hairstyle ideas in our magazines and enjoy a drink before your appointment.
If you’re going to arrive late for your appointment we ask that you contact us to let us know. If you arrive more than 10 minutes later than your scheduled appointment time, we may have to reschedule your appointment so that we don’t affect other clients’ or our staff’s schedules. We also reserve the right to charge 50% of the value of your scheduled services.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call us at least 24 hours in advance. We understand that you have busy lives and that things happen – just give us at least a full day’s notice and we’ll cancel or make another appointment for you.
This allows us time to call clients on our standby or waiting list and keeps our stylists’ daily schedules filled.
“No Show” appointments cost our talented staff money. Clients who miss their appointments without contacting us beforehand may be asked to pre-pay for future services. Please note that we reserve the right to ask for a credit card guarantee on any service. You may be charged for the reserved service amount.
